First, see if you’re eligible to donate blood by taking this short quiz https://myaccount.blood.ca/en/eligibility-quiz. You can also go through the resources provided below that include the basic requirements for blood donation, the height and weight chart, and registration slides.

Second, to join and book into the appointments:

1. Visit https://myaccount.blood.ca/en/user/login

2. click “Sign In”

3. Sign into your account, or create an account if you’re a first time donor

4. Click on “Partners” in the left task bar

5. Click “Join an existing team”

6. Begin to type UM‑ULH and the search results will pop up below.

7. Select “yes” and then click “join”

8. Select “View team”

9. Book into the appointments reserved for the team under Team Appointments!
