AHWC x IHPSA Collab
This collaboration is in honour of National Truth and Reconciliation Day, which recognizes the legacy and impact of residential schools. Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre is the only Indigenous-led community health organization in our province, and they work to support many marginalized groups. As students in health, we must recognize Truth and Reconciliation, and work to create positive change for Indigenous Peoples in Canada. This is why this collaboration is so important! To raise awareness about the organization (especially for students looking for careers in health) and show our solidarity, through action, with Indigenous Peoples.
Items accepting for donation include: socks, underwear, hygiene supplies, warm winter clothes!
Sign up to volunteer: RVSP closed (Volunteer spots all filled up).
